On January 22nd, 2026, the QNB Life Insurance Sales Team gathered at the Sofitel El Gezirah for our Semi-Annual Commercial Meeting. More than just a routine update, the gathering served as a pivotal moment to transparently review the challenges of H2 2025 and align on a powerful, unified launch for the year ahead.
The day opened with a powerful keynote by Mr. Ahmed Nofal, Commercial Director, who outlined the 2026 strategy with a focus on embedding sustainability into our sales approach, optimizing daily activities as our primary engine for growth, and re-engineering our periodical savings portfolio to meet our 2026 targets head-on.
A Strategic Vision: “2026 is Yours! Strive | Unite | Persist”
Under this year’s theme, the meeting provided a vital space to reflect on our collective resilience and realign our strategic direction. The agenda emphasized that our success is built on three core pillars:
- Sustainability & Precision: Integrating long-term value into our sales strategy and refining products to better meet company objectives.
- Empowering Our People: The Customer Service Manager highlighted that mutual support and collaboration are the true pillars of commercial success, paired with a renewed commitment to professional development.
- Operational Excellence: Our Human Resources Manager discussed the importance of employee referrals in building future talent and introduced a new organizational structure, updated KPIs, and key assignments designed to drive excellence throughout 2026.
Celebrating Success and Looking Forward
One of the most impactful moments featured team members sharing personal success stories that reflected a spirit of perseverance. To honor these contributions, an awards ceremony recognized the top performers from July to December 2025 with trophies and certificates of appreciation.
